Healing Session Details
​All sessions are held in Lakes Entrance located at the Movement Studio during school hours, providing a calm and predictable space for your healing. To begin, everyone attends an initial consultation, which allows me to understand your body, your nervous system, and the support you need. Choosing times that suit your schedule ensures you can attend consistently—especially in the early stages—so your body can truly unwind, release, and move toward the lasting results you’re seeking.

Rescheduling or Cancelling must be done 24 hours in advance; otherwise, 100% of the booking will be charged.
