SPINAL FLOW LAKES ENTRANCE
About Me
Here's a little of my story......
Growing up in the country town of Healesville, Victoria, I always knew I wanted to raise a family in a country community. I feel so fortunate now to call Lakes Entrance home. When I’m not supporting clients, I love group fitness - Yoga and Zumba are regulars in my week — swimming at the beach, walking in nature, learning Auslan, and above all, spending time with my family. My husband of 10 years, our three beautiful children, and our long-time doggy companion are my greatest joys and daily reminders of gratitude.

My own journey into wellness wasn’t straightforward. In my late teens and early adulthood, I lived with Fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, anxiety and depression. I tried many approaches to find relief, yet my nervous system often felt on high alert, and my body seemed to resist rest. It was through navigating these challenges, alongside a deep curiosity about the human body, that my desire to help others heal emerged.

I began my career in beauty therapy, studying a diploma that fed my fascination with anatomy and physiology. Massage and facials became my favourites, and through them I realised that clients weren’t just seeking surface treatments — they were drawn to the sense of care and restoration they felt in my hands. After running my own successful beauty salon in Melbourne for 10 years, I knew it was time for a new chapter: moving to Lakes Entrance, starting a family, and stepping fully into Spinal Flow.

I didn’t experience Spinal Flow before training — I trusted my intuition and dove straight in because it felt aligned with my next step, both career-wise and health-wise. Its philosophy resonated immediately: the body is intelligent, stress is stored in the nervous system, and true healing happens when flow is restored. Since training, I’ve seen these principles in action every day — in myself, in my clients, and in the subtle but profound shifts that happen when the nervous system is supported.

Life has thrown its challenges along the way: my husband having a seizure in Thailand, living through Black Saturday fires in Alexandra, family trauma requiring counselling, reliving fire stress during the 2019/2020 Black Summer fires while heavily pregnant with my third child, the uncertainty of the Covid pandemic, and a life-threatening haemorrhage after birth. These experiences tested me, yet they also deepened my empathy, resilience, and understanding of the nervous system’s role in how we experience stress, pain, and healing.

Today, I predominantly work with women who feel they’ve tried everything and are still searching for relief — for their bodies, minds, and nervous systems. My approach is gentle, supportive, and deeply respectful: I don’t fix or force healing, I create the conditions for your body to reconnect, regulate, and restore itself. I offer Spinal Flow Technique sessions, posture and nerve assessments, education, and simple self-healing tools to empower you between sessions.

I continue to prioritise my own nervous system health with regular Spinal Flow sessions, and I feel blessed to share this modality with others. Having lived through these experiences, I’m uniquely placed to support others with empathy, understanding, and the knowledge that lasting healing comes when the body is guided, not pushed.
Spinal Flow Lakes Entrance is a space to slow down, reconnect, and remember that your body is intelligent, resilient, and capable of change. If you’ve felt stuck, overwhelmed, or unheard by traditional approaches, you’re not broken — and you’re not alone. I’d be honoured to walk alongside you as your body finds its flow.
